Good afternoon MVMS & MVHS Families, Please find information linked here regarding the upcoming COVID vaccine clinic being offered by Waldo County General Hospital. The clinic will be held on Tuesday, May 18th at the MV Complex. This clinic is for any child age 12 and older. The attached registration forms need to be completed prior the clinic.
