RSU 3 is dedicated to building educational excellence through communication, collaboration, and commitment.

• Communication: In RSU 3, communication means: We work best when COMMUNICATION is honest, transparent, and accessible by all stakeholders.

• Collaboration: In RSU 3, collaboration means: the community, educational professionals, and students will COLLABORATE to help us achieve educational excellence.

• Commitment: In RSU 3, commitment means: COMMITTING to authentic professional development; dedicating ourselves to our students and our district; being student-centered; a high standard of teaching; and a shared attitude of excellence.

Purpose: To create a school community that operates with educational excellence through communication, collaboration, and commitment with all stakeholders.

Proposal

Goals of the BEE committee for 2022-2023: 1.) to develop the framework and membership for the BEE Committee; 2.) to commit to the action steps* that will help our district achieve the mission of our pillars (the three C’s); and, 3.) to ensure that we have a clear vision going into the 2023-2024 school year of actionable improvement.
