PTC Meeting Notes:
Volunteer Orientation
Discussed the retirement of Vicki Kupferman, Volunteer Coordinator. Shannon will email Vicki and let her know to supply the principal and office with the volunteer orientation forms, both those already filled out, as well as blank copies for future volunteers to fill out. Only administrators can approve volunteers in the absence of a Volunteer Coordinator.
MVES Bank Account
Bethia Feeney turned over the MVES PTC bank account to Rebecca Daly, who will act as our new treasurer.
Checking: $1157.04
Savings: (Book Bucks only) $4,432.33
Rebecca will deposit book fair money and pay book fair invoice when it comes in

Week of May 8, 2022 (BOGO fair for elementary students only)
Can Open House FY24 happen between 9/9/23 and 9/18/23 (dates of fall 23 book fair)
MVMS participation
MVMS PTC not interested in taking on their own book fair
Middle school can shop on day 2, but will not participate in BOGO
In the future if they have book bucks, that may change
Playground Update
Seats and shaded area being used a lot
Alicia will check with Kristi to see if her brother Art Fuller would be willing to be commissioned to build a short, round table to be placed in the middle
