After completing the initial online application, you will be contacted for a time to come to the school for the screening on Friday, May 22nd, 2026.
Important Information:
You will need to have these ready at screening if not already uploaded in the enrollment application.
-Your child's original birth certificate with a raised seal
-Proof of residence (utility bill, lease agreement, tax bill, etc.)
-Copy of your child's current immunization record
-Any court documents that pertain your child
-Copy of parent/ guardian ID
