The elementary schools in RSU 3 have adopted an interesting pet this year. As part of their weekly garden classes, the students monitor information and activities about their cow named Glow. This is part of the Adopt A Cow project being sponsored by the Maine Dairy and Nutrition Council, and is currently being facilitated in RSU 3 schools by our Teacher of Agricultural Projects, Darcy Johnston.
