My name is Lisa Roux and I am the Principal at Monroe School. I currently live in Thorndike with my husband. I have three children, one of whom still attends MVHS. I completed my undergraduate work at the University of Maine at Farmington, and received my Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Maine at Orono. I was an elementary classroom teacher for 23 years, right here in RSU 3, before taking on the role of Principal in 2017. Every day, I am excited to support the staff at Monroe School, in continuing the amazing work they do for every student.
